Common questions

Why does Attenya need Screen Time access?

Attenya uses Apple’s Family Controls / Screen Time to lock and unlock the apps you choose. The selection is stored only on your device using Apple’s opaque tokens — Attenya never sees which apps you picked.

How do I manage or cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Manage or cancel them in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, or via the App Store. Refunds are handled by Apple.

How do I delete my data?

Everything lives on your device. Use the in-app reset (Settings → Data) or simply delete the app to remove all local data.

Does Attenya work as a parental control?

No. Attenya is a personal self-control tool, not a parental-control, monitoring or security product, and should not be relied on for safety-critical purposes.
