Consumer dispute resolution

The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued by the European Commission on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228) and is no longer available. We are not obliged and generally not willing to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
